ABOUT US
We are Laura Padgett & Jenni Espinosa
Co-founders of SAFER
We are old friends from college who decided one day to put our years of experience and training into practice to help other women like us. We've devoted our lives to empowering women to find freedom from the tangled webs of abuse.

Laura brings nearly two decades of public policy advocacy and cross-cultural ministry leadership experience to SAFER. She has turned her passion for helping others heal into abuse recovery coaching through body-mind wellness, mindfulness, and therapeutic arts modalities.
​
Jenni has dedicated over 20 years to being an outstanding educator, turning that devotion and experience toward domestic violence advocacy and abuse recovery. She holds a master's degree and is an expert in church ministry leadership and navigating divorce.
As abuse recovery coaches, Laura and Jenni meet clients with compassionate wisdom learned through professional training and many years of reclaiming their lives from toxicity and abuse.
Together, they are building a judgment-free healing community for women through strength, affirmation, freedom, equality, and resiliency.

If you're struggling to break free from a toxic or abusive relationship, you're not alone. SAFER can assist you in finding your path to healing.
Your first step is to book a free Launch My Recovery Strategy Session - it's just a few clicks away! You'll meet with Coach Laura for about 30 minutes and gain grounding skills and practical steps to help you move forward.
We can conduct the session via video chat (with cameras on or off) or text messages, based on your preference. You're the hero of your story and in charge of this process.

CONSULTING SERVICES
SAFER specializes in providing expert guidance on supporting survivors of domestic violence, abuse, and toxic relationships.
We collaborate with churches and organizations to review and establish policies, procedures, and materials that prioritize the safety and well-being of survivors. Additionally, we offer staff training and interactive educational sessions for conferences or other events.
